What we do02

What our FDE pod can help

Each pod brings together two to five senior engineers, working side by side with your own developers and operators.

Deployment engineering

We take models that work in testing into your production systems, sorting out logins, permissions, and response times along the way.

Integration and orchestration

Our team links AI to your data, tools, and approval steps, so it fits into the processes your people follow today.

Data plumbing

Sedin’s engineers build secure pipelines from your databases to the model, with privacy and access rules set before data leaves your network.

Platform and MLOps

We set up the testing and release tools your team needs, so the second and third models take less time and money than the first.

Adoption engineering

Our engineers sit with the people who’ll use the system, notice where it slows them down, and make changes until it’s easy to use.

Hardening and handover

Before we leave, we add monitoring, write clear operating guides, and train your engineers to run the system on their own.

Two-day deployment gap review

Two of our engineers will spend two days inside your environment and come back with the specific reasons your AI has not reached daily use.

How we work03

How a deployment runs

Our team sets one clear goal with you in writing before the pod starts, so there’s no confusion about what success looks like.

STEPS

Week 1

Understanding the context

The first week is spent with your operators, watching the process and reading through the systems.

Weeks 2 to 4

Build inside your systems

Our engineers write code in your setup, follow your standards, and use your review process, so their work is approved without rework.

Weeks 4 to 8

Bring people on board

We roll the system out to a handful of users first, then widen access as feedback comes in and usage grows week by week.

Weeks 8 to 12

Harden and hand over

Your team gradually takes the lead while our engineers step back. By the final week, your people manage it without any help.

A fixed end date

Every pod has a set finish date in the contract, which means you can plan your budget with confidence and avoid open-ended costs.

More expertise when you need it

If the problem is bigger than expected, the pod can call on Sedin’s 550+ consultants, including platform, data, and security specialists.

Industries05

Industries we serve

FAQ08

Frequently asked questions

A senior engineer who works inside your company instead of from a remote delivery center. They use your systems, join your reviews, and see problems that are hard to spot from the outside.

Staff augmentation fills a role on your team, and you direct the work. An FDE pod takes responsibility for the outcome and decides how to get there. You sign off on the result, not a list of tasks.

Usually two to three months. If you want to tackle a second goal afterward, we plan and price it as a separate engagement.

On site for the first few weeks, since that’s where most of the unwritten knowledge is. After that, it’s usually a mix of on-site and remote work.
