With a customer-first philosophy, they provide landscaping, floor care, fire and life safety, and electrical services. Although they provide sought-after services, they still face inefficiencies in their sales processes.
With a built-up reputation and range of services, the client struggled to manage their sales cloud and Tableau CRM (TCRM). Looking for strong support and expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, we joined hands with the DMG team to smoothen their sales journey. We studied, brainstormed, and decided to enhance sales cloud functionality and other sales activities for them.
The Sales Cloud was not optimized, leading to inefficiencies in sales processes, incoming inquiries, and lead management.
There was inconsistency in the data flow across Salesforce, and external systems like EDW and Dialpad.
Due to poor implementation and comprehension, the DMG team couldn’t fetch information from CRM (Tableau CRM).
