Maximizing Your Chances: A Guide to Sedin Technologies' Interview Process

At Sedin Technologies, we know that the interview process is important. It's not just a chance for us to learn about potential candidates; it's also an opportunity for you to get to know us. We want you to be confident in your decision, and we believe that the more comfortable you are with the company, the better your experience will be.

That's why we have a 4-stage interview process:

1. Recruiter Chat

An initial screening of your resume leads to a 15-minute chat with our recruiters to discuss your background and experience. This chat is designed to help us find out if this role would be a good fit for you and vice versa!

2. Technical Round

Next up is a 60-minute technical round where we'll ask you questions about your past projects, skills, and areas of expertise. This is a chance for you to show off your knowledge and experience, but it's also an opportunity for us to get a better understanding of what you can bring to the table. This round may also include a pairing round or a short take-home exercise to help us get a better sense of your skills and how you think.

3. Call with Operations Head

If all goes well during these two rounds, we'll schedule a 30-minute call with one of our operations Heads who will give you a more detailed overview of what we do here at Sedin Technologies, and answer any questions you have. This call will help us determine if there's a fit between your skills and our needs. During this call, we'll talk about what kinds of roles they think might be best suited for candidates like yourself.

4. Culture Fitment Round

If we think you're a great fit for the company and you'd like to continue with the process, then we'll schedule a 60-minute call with our CEO/CFO (depending on who's best suited). During this call, they will ask questions about your background, interests and goals. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other better so that we can make sure that we're on the same page about what matters most in life!

Afterward, if all goes well (we hope it does), we'd love to extend an offer on the spot! The best way to ensure that we're a good fit for you and vice versa is by having an honest conversation about our values, culture and how we work together. The last thing we want to do is waste your time or ours by trying to fit you into a role that isn't a good fit. If it turns out that this isn't the right opportunity for you, then we'll be happy to share more about our other openings!
