Each pillar breaks into domains and metrics, from identity sprawl to cyber resilience, and every metric carries its evidence. Consulting sets the first score, managed services holds it, and every transformation wave has to move it.
Two of the six steps use GenAI, and they draft the narrative and the roadmap. Extraction is automated and scoring runs on fixed thresholds, so no maturity score is generated by a model. A named consultant reviews every AI-drafted line before anything is published to you.
Three plans sit on a published rate card. Standard catches and diagnoses, Enhanced also resolves, and Advanced adds optimization on a 99.9% availability basis. You can mix plans by tower, such as Standard on the network and Enhanced on cloud, and a firm monthly price follows within five days of the baseline.
No. The service connects to the cloud monitoring, ITSM, virtualization, database, and network tools you already run, including ServiceNow and Jira Service Management. Telemetry flows in from your existing setup and the runbooks are written around it, so nothing is migrated or duplicated.
