  • Good understanding of Agile principles

  • The developer will be responsible for development of enterprise applications written in Ruby on Rails
  • Knowledge of an object-oriented scripting language such as Ruby and an ability to prototype functionality quickly
  • Extremely strong understanding of object oriented software design (OOPS Concepts), and an ability to learn and apply new technologies rapidly
  • Extremely strong experience on Ruby on rails development skills

  • Should have worked on implementation projects as a BA on few of the following: Web Portal developments, e-Commerce, ERP, Business Intelligence Solutions or CRM
  • Should have strong documentation skills and must be proficient with MS Word, MS Excel and MS PPT
  • Drafting business requirement specification
  • Excellent Articulation skills and elicitation to achieve goals
